1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):
- Pencil Gidgets: Minimum order of 60 units per order.
- Chromebook Gidgets: Minimum order of 50 units per order.

2. Authorized Sales Channels:
Retailer agrees that Gyre & Gimble Gidgets products will be sold only in physical retail locations owned or operated by Retailer and on Retailer’s own official website.
Products may NOT be sold on Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, or any other third-party online marketplaces

3. Pricing Policy:
Retailer agrees not to advertise or offer Gyre & Gimble Gidgets products at any price lower than the current publicly advertised price listed on the official Gyre & Gimble Gidgets website.

4. Brand Representation:
Retailer agrees to represent the products accurately and maintain the integrity of the Gyre & Gimble Gidgets brand.

5. Payment Terms:
Payment terms shall be agreed upon prior to shipment. Orders will not ship until payment terms are satisfied.
